SALA DE ESTAR: A CURATORIAL SPACE FOR ACCESS TO ART AND CULTURE AT ESCOLA GUIGNARD
Pablo Gobira
Sala de Estar is an extension project that promotes the engagement of students, technical and administrative staff and faculty members of Escola Guignard. It started, initially by students, in 2015, proposing experimentation of curating art and culture practices. Acting in an extensional way, it led to the occupation of the entrance hall of Escola Guignard, by the students aiming curatorial actions through calls for artists and artistic works in thematic notices.
